Since joining Frans Winarta & Partners in 2011, Boby has had experience in handling cases within and outside the court. Boby's main practice includes Civil litigation, criminal litigation, Intellectual Property Rights and State Administration Dispute.

Within the scope of Civil Litigation, Boby has experience in (i) Representing one of the world’s leading outsourcing service providers company and its affiliate company in Indonesia, as the defendants in a tort case in the Indonesian Court; (ii) Representing a distributor of a renowned automotive company in Germany in a civil case based on tort in court; (iii) Representing a leading French Oil and Gas exploration and production company in Indonesia, in a civil case based on tort related to a dispute over the procurement of goods/services; (iv) Representing a leading private-sector fashion magazine in Indonesia in a case of removal of trademark registration in the commercial court;

Meanwhile, in Criminal Litigation Boby has experience in assisting citizens of Austria, Germany, and Nigeria in cases of drug abuse in the levels of investigation, examination in court, and filing (extraordinary) legal actions of motion to reconsider and Representing the Indonesian Government for a case of Stolen Asset Recovery.
