  1. Representing  a German car dealer as the Defendant in a civil case in the North Jakarta District Court;
  2. Representing an aircraft engine repair service provider and an aircraft spareparts company as creditors in a Petition for Suspension of Obligation for Payment of Debts (PKPU) of a national airline;
  3. Representing a foreign worker as the Plaintiff in an Industrial Relations Dispute in the Industrial Relations Court in Jakarta;
  4. Representing a multinational outsourcing company as the Intervening Defendant in a case of tort in the South Jakarta District Court;
  5. Representing a national drug manufacturer as the Defendant in a case of cancellation of mark registration in the Central Jakarta Commercial Court;
  6. Accompanying a foreigner in a narcotics case in the Tangerang District Court and Central Jakarta District Court;
  7. Representing an oil palm plantation company as the Plaintiff in an administrative dispute case in the Samarinda Administrative Court;
  8. Representing a Singapore telecommunications service provider, the shareholder of a local telecommunications services company, as a Co-Defendant in several civil cases in the South Jakarta District Court;

In addition to having an Advocate License to, Mr. Kelly Sam also has certification as a mediator. Since 2007, Mr. Kelly Sam has been listed as a non-judge mediator at the Bandung District Court, and has had experience as an assistant mediator judge in the mediation process of a civil case in the District Court of Bandung.

Within the scope of Litigation Matters, Mr. Kelly Sam has experience in handling general criminal cases, special criminal cases, general civil cases (tort, breach of contract, marriage, inheritance, land, property, investment, consumer protection, banking, insurance, business competition), special civil cases (bankruptcy, suspension of obligation for payment of debts, intellectual property, industrial relations dispute), administrative cases and judicial review. In addition, Mr. Kelly Sam also has experience in handling dispute resolution outside of court, and also drafting legal opinions related to legal issues.
